Desde el momento en que aterricé en Las Vegas, supe que estaba por vivir una experiencia única. Mi destino: el espectacular Hotel Fontainebleau, un ícono que redefine el lujo.

Apenas salí del aeropuerto, una Cadillac Escalade me esperaba para llevarme directamente al hotel, ubicado estratégicamente al norte del Strip. Un palacio moderno en medio del desierto.

El Fontainebleau no es un simple hotel, cuenta con más de 3,600 habitaciones y suites, Cada espacio está diseñado con una estética sofisticada, moderna y cuidadosamente pensada para brindar comodidad con mucho estilo.

El casino, con más de 16,000 m² y techos de 13 metros de altura, es una joya por sí solo. Cuenta con 1,300 maquinitas y 128 mesas de juego. Tuvimos la oportunidad de pasar un día de alberca y sol en la Oasis Pool donde probamos bebidas deliciosas y refrescantes a un costado de la alberca. Recuerdo el sabor de un Shirley Temple bajo la sombra de una de las palmeras en un calor que superaba los 40 grados centígrados del clásico verano en Vegas.

Gastronomía que sorprende: Una de las grandes sorpresas de esta estancia fue descubrir KYU, un restaurante asiático ubicado dentro del hotel. Su cocina es una fusión audaz, con un toque ahumado que transforma cada platillo en una experiencia sensorial. Todo sabe diferente, especial, profundo. El ambiente logra ese equilibrio perfecto entre sofisticación y relajación: ideal para una cena con tu pareja o amigos.

Otro restaurante que me robó el corazón fue La Fontaine, donde disfrutamos un brunch estilo francés. El omelette, los soufflé pancakes y el clásico pain perdu, acompañados de café recién hecho, fueron el mejor despertar posible. Si amas los desayunos con encanto y sabor, este lugar te va a fascinar. Eso sí, lleva reservación si puedes (aunque también aceptan walk-ins).

También conocimos Collins, un bar muy bien ubicado dentro del hotel donde queda muy bien tomar algo antes o después de tu cena y quedarte de ver con tu resto de amigos o colegas para tomar algo. Puedes tener la suerte de escuchar música en vivo en un piano que es el centro de atención del lugar.

El Fontainebleau Las Vegas es un destino en sí mismo. No solo por sus dimensiones o su impresionante arquitectura, sino por la forma en la que cuida cada detalle. Desde el transporte privado hasta el último sorbo de café en el brunch, todo está diseñado para hacerte sentir especial.

Como viajera que busca experiencias auténticas y lujosas, puedo decir sin duda que el verdadero lujo vive en los detalles, y Fontainebleau es prueba viva de ello.

¿Lo único difícil? Decir adiós.

From the moment I landed in Las Vegas, I knew I was about to live a unique experience. My destination: the spectacular Fontainebleau Hotel, an icon that redefines luxury.

As soon as I stepped out of the airport, a Cadillac Escalade was waiting to take me directly to the hotel, strategically located at the north end of the Strip.

A Modern Palace in the Desert

Fontainebleau is far from being just another hotel it boastsover 3,600 rooms and suites, each space thoughtfully designed with a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that blendscomfort and style seamlessly.

The casino, with more than 16,000 square meters and 13-meter-high ceilings, is a gem in itself. Featuring 1,300 slot machines and 128 gaming tables, it offers endlessentertainment.

We also spent a sunny, relaxing afternoon at the Oasis Pool, sipping refreshing cocktails right by the water. I stillremember the taste of a perfectly chilled Shirley Temple under the shade of a palm tree, as the Vegas summer heatclimbed above 40°C (104°F).

One of the most delightful discoveries of the stay was KYU, an Asian restaurant located inside the hotel.

Its bold, smokyflavor profile turns every dish into a sensory journey. Everything tastes different deeper, more special.

The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance betweensophistication and laid-back charm, making it ideal for a dinner with your partner or a night out with friends.

Another place that truly stole my heart was La Fontaine, where we enjoyed a delightful French-style brunch. The omelette, soufflé pancakes, and classic pain perdu, all paired with freshly brewed coffee, made for the perfect morning. If you love charming, flavorful breakfasts, this is your place. Pro tip: make a reservation if you can (thoughwalk-ins are welcome too).

We also discovered Collins, a stylish bar inside the hotel that’s perfect for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap. It’s a great spot to meet up with friends or colleagues, and if you’relucky, you’ll catch live music at the grand piano that’s the centerpiece of the space.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is more than a hotel—it’s a destination in its own right. Not only because of its scale and stunning architecture, but because of the way it perfectsevery detail. From the private transportation to the last sip of coffee at brunch, everything is curated to make you feelspecial.

As a traveler who seeks authentic, luxurious experiences, I can say without a doubt that true luxury lives in the details, and Fontainebleau is living proof of that.

The only hard part? Saying goodbye.
